What is embroidery digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine how to sew the design. It is not simply converting the file format.
Is there a digitizing fee?
Yes. A one-time digitizing fee may apply depending on the complexity of the design. Once digitized, the file can usually be reused for future orders of the same design.
Can you embroider detailed logos?
Yes, but very small text, thin lines, and intricate details may need to be simplified for the best stitching results.
Can you match our brand colors?
We offer a wide range of thread colors and will match them as closely as possible using available thread color charts.
Can I choose different thread colors?
Yes. You may specify your preferred thread colors before production.
Can each item have a different name?
Yes. We offer individual name embroidery for uniforms, jackets, bags, and other products. Additional charges may apply.
Can I combine different garment sizes?
Yes. As long as the design remains the same, you can mix sizes within the same order.
Is embroidery durable?
Yes. Embroidery is one of the most durable decoration methods and can withstand frequent washing without peeling or cracking.
