Q: Which decoration style should I choose?
A: This depends on your personal choice and whether the pen is a gift or for promotional use. Generally engraving gives a more premium feel and full-color printing is best for colorful designs. Please see above for more details.

Q: Can I order just one custom pen?
A: Our promo pens are intended for use as giveaways, so they start with minimum orders of 100. However, our premium and engraved pens are available as single units.

Q: Are the pens re-fillable?
A: Mostly, yes. All our pens are re-fillable with the exception of the London and Cambridge ballpoint pens.

Q: Whereabouts on the pen will my design be?
A: Your design will be on the shaft of the pen. Currently this is a specified area that you will see when you start designing. Within this area you can place your design how you like. Make sure to keep your design within the specified area.

Q: What materials are these personalized pens made of?
A: Our engraved pens and styluses are made of metal, while our premium ballpoint and promotional pens are made of plastic. (Cambridge, Liverpool and London pens.)
